Breakout rooms are useful if you want people to interact in smaller groups without the need to create several links for each group. Instead, everybody joins the same conference and can then join the different breakout rooms from there.

To create these rooms you need to be a Host. Simply join the conference you have previously created and click on the breakout room icon at the top:

This opens the breakout room creation tool. From here, simply add as many rooms as you'd like with the "add room" button.

Finally, you can rename the breakout rooms, enable only specific rooms, or toggle all of the rooms on/off.

Once you click on "Save Changes", the rooms will become available for everybody in the conference. They can now join with the rooms drop-down menu as shown below.

Once you want to close the breakout rooms and bring everybody back, simply go to the breakout rooms icon again and toggle the rooms off. Once you save changes, a countdown will show up, when it comes to zero, the rooms are closed and everybody is kicked back into the main room.
