You can leave comments on a specific time and ranges on video submissions

Simply pause the video or click at the moment you wish to provide feedback on, type in your feedback and hit submit.

This will create a little bubble in the video timeline that you can hover over to reveal

If you click on it, you can also reveal the comment section of the project to see all comments.

All comments will be here and students can respond to them as well.

When words are not enough, you can also record a quick video with your webcam to deliver your comments. Simply click on Video Comment to do so.

You have up to 2 minutes to record your feedback and post it as a comment.

Finally, you can also do ranged comments. This is very useful when your feedback isn't related to a specific frame but to a broader sequence on the video that you would like to comment on specifically.

Simply go to the start of the section you are referring to and click Set In, play the video or move the video to the last frame you are referring to and click Set Out.

Your student will then understand that the comment is based on the duration of set range and it will be visually intuitive to know it is a ranged comment as well.

That's it! These are all the comments you can provide specifically to video for you to engage with students. If you want to provide and submit your overall feedback, feel free to follow this article on submitting projects.
