On your Dashboard, click on 'Students' Tab:

You will see a list of all of your students in the course. Click on a student whose files you'd like to view.

Next choose 'File Uploads' and you will get a list of all of their uploaded files. To view them, click on the file. If you want to download a file, click on the 'Download' button.
