So you submitted a Project or a Crew Project for your Instructor and then realized you would like to change something?

You will need to reach out directly to you instructor or TA in the Discussions tab and ask them to click "Request Revisions" on your assignment. After they Request Revisions, you will have the option to upload a new file and submit it.
