The Upcoming Video Meetings tab displays the days and times for your Group Video Meetings and individual meetings with your Instructor or Teacher Assistants.
When it is time for your Live Video Meeting, navigate to this tab and click Join Now on appropriate meeting card.
In order to participate in your video meetings you'll need:
A desktop or laptop computer running the Chrome web browser.
A fast, reliable internet connection. Run a speed test to find out how your network is performing.
A laptop or desktop computer with a webcam - Smashcut won't allow you to join if you don't have a webcam.
Test your setup to be sure everything is working properly!
IMPORTANT NOTE! The First time you join a Live Video Meeting, you will need to tell Chrome to allow Smashcut to use your computer's camera and microphone. Click “Allow” on these two pop-ups and you should be good to go!
TIP! Enable email and SMS notifications to receive alerts when it's time to join your Live Video Meeting.
